Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
